Adamas Research (“the Service”) is a personal research and portfolio-tracking tool. Please read this page before relying on anything you see in it. By using the Service you accept the limits described here and in the terms of service.

Not investment advice

Nothing on the Service is investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptoasset, commodity, property or other financial instrument. Screener results, technical indicators, analyst summaries, learning content, community posts and AI-generated reports are general information. They do not take into account your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance or tax position.

Before making any investment decision, consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser who knows your circumstances. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their results.

Not a licensed financial intermediary

The Service is operated by an individual and is not a bank, broker, investment firm, investment adviser or financial intermediary. The operator is not authorised or supervised by the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM), the Banco de Portugal, or any other financial regulator, and does not provide services under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) or the Portuguese Securities Code. The Service does not hold your money or assets, does not execute orders and does not have access to your brokerage accounts. All portfolio and property data in the Service is entered by you.

Information only, no guarantee of accuracy

Market data is supplied by third-party providers (currently Finnhub, Twelve Data, CoinGecko and the European Central Bank reference rates via Frankfurter). Quotes may be delayed, incomplete, estimated or wrong. Fundamentals and metrics are refreshed on a schedule and can be stale. Currency conversions use daily reference rates and will differ from the rates your bank or broker applies. We make no promise that any information is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change or withdraw data, features or providers at any time.

Commodity prices are proxies

The commodities board does not show spot or futures prices. It shows the price of exchange-traded funds and notes that aim to track each commodity (for example an ETF that holds physical gold). Those products carry fees, tracking error and structural effects such as contango and backwardation, so their movements can differ materially from the underlying commodity. Treat them as an indication of direction, not as a price you could trade at.

AI-generated content

Some features use large language models (currently supplied by Anthropic) to draft company analyses, portfolio reviews, strategy outlines, scenario simulations and learning material. These outputs are generated automatically from the data available to the Service at the time. They can contain factual errors, outdated figures, misread numbers, invented details and reasoning mistakes, and they can be confidently wrong. AI output is a starting point for your own research, never a conclusion. Always verify figures against primary sources such as company filings before acting on them.

Community content

Posts and comments are written by other users. They reflect the views of their authors, not of the operator, and are not reviewed for accuracy. Other users may hold positions in the instruments they discuss and may have interests they do not disclose.

Risk warning

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of all capital invested. Past performance, backtests, simulations and projections shown in the Service are not reliable indicators of future results. Cryptoassets are especially volatile and may be unregulated or lightly regulated in your jurisdiction. Leveraged products and property investments carry their own specific risks.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including loss from trading or investment decisions, data errors, delays, interruptions, or AI-generated content. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
